“I am wondering if you and your club members might be interested in a FREE ACC supported exercise programme that teaches people like yourselves to fall safely. It is a series of 6 classes once a week for people between 20 and 40 years or so and is fun, funky and “parkour” like. We have had mountain bikers trial it and they are enthused by the exercise challenge as well as the benefits that will get them safely over the handle bars to ride on!
