Cross Country Spring Race Series
We are pleased to announce R&R Sport as naming rights sponsor again for our 2009 Spring Race Series.
The series incorporates two championships;
- The Auckland Cross Country Championships
- The Auckland Singlespeed Championships.

On The Day Details (for every race):
- 8:30 a.m Gates open
- 9:00-10:30 Registration (excl rec class)
- 10:45 Race briefing
- 11:00 Race start.
Rec Class details
- 9:00 – 10:00 Registration
- 10:15 Race briefing
- 10:30 race start.
We’re trialling putting the Rec Class riders out on the main course but giving them a 30 min head start over the main field. Bear with us and we’ll see how it goes at Round 1.
Entry Details
You can enter any combination of individual races or the full series on line.
On-line entries for each race close at 11.45 pm on the Friday before the race.

For those who prefer to mail us a completed entry form we will distribute 2500 entry forms around bike shops in Auckland, Hamilton & Rotorua. You will also be able to download a full brochure below (it’s coming). Please ensure mailed entries get to us by the Wednesday before the race so we get a chance to upload your details and can be ready for you at registration.
You can also enter on the day.

The lap you are doing at 1h:45m will be your last lap. Please note that race management may change the number of laps on the day if the weather looks to slow the lap times down significantly. Ages classes are based on your age on December 31 2009.
Hunua lap distances are about 8.5km.
